Dear Flowers,
My students were asking about detection of placental alkaline phosphatase by
FACS - why use this instead of GFP and are people detecting the enzymatic
activity, and if so how, or simply treating it as a surface protein marker ?
Can anyone provide some references or personal experience ? Medline didnt
turn up much. Thanks,
