Dear All

We are in the process of purchasing a new flowcytometer-sorter. I 
would like as much information on what would be ideal for doing both 
routine haematology and a wide range of research work.
eg. CaFlux, Bacteriology, Chromosome studies, etc.
This flow would also be used for  non-medical related work.
How many colors should the flow be able to do, How many lasers are 
needed. What software should be used.

I know this question is vary broad, but I am trying to get as much 
detailed info as possible in the shortest space of time.
