Hi everybody,

I´d like to know if anyone here have any experience with surface immunophenotype and cell cycle. I have PI, RNAse and FITC-conjugated antibodies...but I don`t know the best protocol for permeabilization with ethanol !!!

I would be grateful for any answer...
