Hello! We are investigating the role of immune cells in wound healing. I have the following question: is there an anti-mouse macrophage antibody that is preferable for staining monocytes/macrophages in the epidermis/dermis (immunohistochemistry)? The MOMA-2 and mac-3 abs doesn´t seem to work for our applications and the search for alternatives was quite unsuccessful so far... And, by the way, does exist any anti-mouse neutrophil antibody? Are there any data on using those antibodies in western-blotting? Thank you for your efforts. C. Wetzler (dipl. biol.)
