	I want to thank everybody again for their replies on the sub G0 peak
on the Hoechst/Pyronin stain. Some of you also asked for a protocol and
setup for this procedure. My e-mail has gone awry in the meantime and
therefore I do not have all the addresses of the people that specifically
requested the protocol and with an apology to the rest of the subscribers, I
will include the protocol below in a Word97 attachment.

	The laser is an Innova set to UV with the appropriate couplers and a
424 nm filter on FL4.
	We routinely do it with a FITC stain and that works well.
