Good day all.  I have a client that is doing a kinetic ligand binding assay
where we collect fluorescence vs time.   The setup is very similar to a calcium
flux assay with Fluo3/4.   What software is available to generate a standard
curve from the listmode file?  As always, thanks in advance.
