Dear flowers
Does anyone have experience staining MK2 cell line with Annexin V?
I am not sure if the staining is real or non-specific.I want to use annexin
to detect apoptosis in Dengue infected cells.I know there are a number of
companies out there who make conjugated Annexins. I would like to know which
conjugat is better, PE, or FITC.
Any information is appreciated.
