However, it should be possible with each of these Macintosh programs: FlowJo <http://www.treestar.com/> or FCS Assistant <http://facsmac.med.cam.ac.uk/fcsa.html>. CALC4 for VAX/VMS by Bob Murphy was a nice program for this kind of application, but it only works with LACEL and FCS1.0 files.
