Dear flowers,
Does Dichlorofluorescin diacetate (DCFDA)decay in 10 mM stock solution in
ethanol, stored at -20 oC ?
I measured H2O2 production of the PMA- and TRAP-activated platelet-lekocyte
coaggregated population (gated by CD42b-PE--FSC). The first day was great,
but for the fourth day ther was only a wery weak signal in Fl-2.
If you know something about it, please, be so kind to inform me !
