We are looking for CK+ cells in suspect cases of bone marrow, lymph nodes, fine needle aspirates, and body fluids. At the present time we use Fix and Perm and CK clone MNF116 - FITC. Our previous testing showed this to work quite well for a test sample that was spiked with cytokeratin cells. But now we have samples that are CD45 negative and immunohistochemically + for CK and we can't consistently stain the CK+ cells by flow. Is there a better technique that flow experts have found to work well? avispeters@netscape.net Avis Peters United Hospital St. Paul, MN USA ____________________________________________________________________ Get your own FREE, personal Netscape WebMail account today at http://webmail.netscape.com.
