Hi

I have been pretty happy with the fluo-3/ fura-red combination, I found it
better to collect the fura-red in FL3. You will have to use a ultility
program like FACS Assistant to generate the fluo-3 / fura-red ratio. I've
not used this method with any surface staining, you may be able to use the
FL2 channel. You should bear in mind that surface staining can affect the
calcium signals, its better to stain cells you dont want then gate them
out.
