We are looking for a monoclonal rat antibody to use as a control for B cell activation studies. The antibody that we need must be a rat IgG1. The ideal antibody would bind to mouse B cells but not activate them nor act as either a costimulator or a negative regulator of activation. We will go to a commercial vendor if necessary, but I would like to avoid this as the long term expense might be considerable. Henry H.
