I am sorry, I am having problems with my server and many of my replies are delivered with no sense phrases. Here we are again:

I work with mouse spleenocytes, PBL, LNL and BM. I always had unspecific
binding before I start to blok this undesired reactions with PBS 3% FBS
and also with 1% of serum form the source of my monoclonal.  Good luck.
