I am looking for a monoclonal antibody (any species) against the Fab portion of human IgM. Products that I have found either have antibodies against the Fc portion or do not supply this information, assuming that they would be against Fc. Do they exist ??. I don't wish to use DTT or 2-ME (for obvious reasons) or use affinity purification techniques as I am playing with small volumes (<100 ul). I wish to use it to block serum IgM from binding, but keep IgG free. The antibody does not need to be labelled. Any information would be grateful.
