Dear ALL, I have a user who wants to measure the genome size of an animal called an acorn worm. They (and I) never did anything like that, I always worked with mammalian cells. Does anyone can suggest what kind of control we should use and what to take for analysis - sperm or nucleus? Is any special preparation required? Any information would be useful. Thank you very much.
