Dear Fellow flow'ers:

I would like to know if anyone out there is using a FACSCalibur and
would not mind sending me the instrument settings for analysing CD45
and CD34 cells.

I have come very close to acheiving the settings but I still fail to get data in the 6th Histogram.

I will be eternally gratful if anyone could help.
