Hallo everybody,

I haven't worked much with apoptosis. Does one usually collect data on a
log scale when using the PI sub G1 peak method? Should the G0/G1 peak also
have a low CV as in Cell Cycle analyses? The investigator is working with
mouse fibroblasts.
