Season's Greetings to all in Cytometryville, FYI - WinMDI is a Windows application for the analysis of FCS compliant listmode data files. The latest release has some bug fixes that should make it more stable. See http://facs.scripps.edu/software.html for the links to update WinMDI 2.7. The latest build (19) has a couple of important patches, especially if you do Ca++/kinetics assays and use a Coulter cytometer or occasionally gate listmode files such that zero events may appear in a gated histogram display with statistics. Please try to use the web page above to get the files, we have been having issues with the ftp server. The httpd server does a better job in most cases, especially if you use a browser. If you just cannot connect from far away (Europe or Australia), let me know and we'll get you the files another way.
