I posted the recipe for NH4CL is 10X and daily we make the working solution 1X
we stain and lyse after, except for Kappa, Lambda tube were we Lyse first.
the working solution is good for 2 days and 10X we tested over 2 month 
and is working ok.

I think that the recipe given is this posting is for 10x strength ammonium
chloride lysing buffer.
