Has anyone had any experience with measuring calcium flux in T-cells or 
any other cells?  Specifically I am looking for a way to obtain the 
calcium concentration from the data, and need suitable controls.  I have 
heard some labs use an ionophore and EGTA but I have failed to find any 
protocols.  Does anyone have a protocol as to how to set up your controls 
and how to obtain calcium concentrations?
