Methanol vs Ethanol in fixation

Just a quick remark;

I find that fixation with 70% methanol gives lower c.vs when staining with
Propidium Iodide or ToPro, I have looked at staining with CD10,CD11B,Oct2.1
under these conditions and see no degredation in signal
