Dear folks,

I am thinking about the best way of establishing a Y-chromosome specific
genomic library in mammals to isolate variable Y-specific DNA markers. In
my possibly naive view Y-chromosomes sorted by flow cytometry should be a
perfect material for such a library. However I feel that getting sorted
Y-chromosomes is not an easy task .
I would be very grateful for any suggestions and comments concerning this
topic. Because we do not have the technical equipment we would very much
appriciate a collaboration.

Many thanks in advance.

Roland Achmann
