Hi Calman,
The staining for FasL intracellularly seems to be a great
idea. I will definitely try that. (I'm looking at young and old mice and
NK cells). Just a quick question: Is the permeabilization the same as for
cytokines (saponin) or does Triton (0.1%) work?, and, doe you keep the
soap in for the duration of the staining?
