Hi Everyone, I am trying to set up our FACSVantage to sort 90micron spheres. I want to use the 400micron nozzle, but getting side streams is (for me) impossible. I would appreciate suggestions from anyone who has experience with large particles. Are there any "tricks" that you use that aren't in the manual? Usually, the largest cells we work with are HELA cells, so are there other helpful hints to keep in mind when sorting large particles? ANY suggestions are welcome! Thanks, Maris *************************************************************************** Maris A.
