Hello - I'd appreciate some help please.
I'd like to know if anyone knows data about the stability of lymphocyte
sub-sets. In particular, does anyone know if the sub-set-ratios that you'd
get at the beginning of a 450 ml blood collection are the same as what
you'd find at the end of a 'blood draw'.
I'm trying to 'use' blood bank donors as controls for a study of CD94
expression on NK lymphocytes but realistically I can only collect blood at
the 'end' of the draw and some folks have suggested that sub-sets may not
be stable across that sort of volume loss.
Anyhow, I'd appreciate other people's thoughts and ideally a reference if
anyone knows of one.
