I thought that I saw a posting on this list that they had gone out of business ?? In any case, we have used an ILT laser for several years. Our experience has been reasonably good. We do, however, run it at 40mW at most times. The first tube lasted about 5000 hr while the second and third tubes lasted only about 3000hr. We also noticed a distinct lack of interest in the customer by the service department. One time, it took nearly 30 days to have a tube replaced. The last time I requested service, I purchased a second one to prevent being down for another thirty days. As you can see, I did not pick up the LASER service contract from BD the vendor from whom it was originally purchased. All things considered, I still saved money in the long run. I thought that I saw a posting on this list that they had gone out of business though???
