PerCP on a FACStar Plus

Colleagues -
I am having a tough time seeing PerCP on my sorter (FACStar Plus).  Has
anyone else had this problem?  I can see the FITC, PE and PerCP on the
FACScan just fine.  

Any advice would be great!
