Hi Folks,

While some may believe misery loves company, I for one do not.
That is why our flow E-mail is so helpful. Several months ago I had the
same problem with B-D's FACSflow, a major problem in-which the sales rep.
was totally unaware of and the techs at B-D's H.Q. were only slightly a-
ware of. I put the word out hoping to give everyone the heads up on this
product and to force our sales reps. to be more educated on the products
they try to push on us. Ether some indiviuals over-looked my E-mail or
perhaps did not come on the Purdue Line until late; however be the case
it is always good to get multible heads-up when asituation occurs as grave
as this. I am a core facility and as a result of B-D's non information I
lost several investigators.
It is a good idea to change your sheath filter too. It seems that
FACSflow leaves some type of residue that is difficult to get rid of. I
use the old Coutler in-line large filter, when modified it works great on
the FACStar plus. I too would be greatful for any imprompto hints or pro-
blems that may occur in viable cell sorting
