Our apologies to all who were unable to reach either our UTMB (University of Texas Medical Branch) Molecular Cytometry Unit homepage or Molecular Cytometry Course websites. Due to the very bad weather we decided to shut down our server and close down the lab for about 24 hours. Tropical Storm Frances hit Galveston, Texas pretty hard (extensive flooding), but we all came through in one piece (and dry!). On our revised homepage at http://stem.utmb.edu <http://stem.utmb.edu/> you will find new information as well as links to the 1998 Molecular Cytometry Course I am teaching. For the first few lectures the material will be the same or very similar, but as the course goes on there will be a great deal of new material as well as many new weblinks you may or may not know about. Updates will be weekly. I appreciate your kind comments and suggestions about last year's course which appears to have been enjoyed by many around the world. Hopefully this year's course will show some improvements. For all of you cyberspace students out there - enjoy! -- Jim Leary
