Purdue University's "Handbook of Flow Cytometry Methods", 1st ed., p.190 documents a program called CONVERT: "CONVERT is designed to convert an MDADS format file into an FCS format file [...] It converts them into FCS version 1.0 files [...] The input MDADS files can be one- or two-parameter histograms, or listmodes." CONVERT should be available from Purdue, but I was not able to log into their ftp server to verify if it is available electronically. I have never used CONVERT. >Hi Everyone, > >Can anyone tell me if there is software to convert MDADS EPICS C data to at >least FCS 1.0 standard or if there is software that will read this data.
