Currently I sanitize the in line filter (and everything down stream) with sequential 60 ml 10% acetic acid, followed by 60 ml 70% ethanol (both in water). I let them "soak in" for 10 minutes. This is then followed by PBS. Could I save time by using 10% acetic acid IN 70% ethanol (one solution, one soak) and still kill every living thing in the sheath lines? ---> Dennis ************************************************************************* Dennis J.
