Unusual Lymphoproliferation

<In addition to normal circulating CD3+CD4+, CD3+CD8+, CD19+ and 
CD16/56+,CD3- cells, this patient has a large number (45% of PBMC) of 
cells with the following phenotype:

CD3- CD4+ CD2+ CD14- CD11b- DR+ fas+ TCR alpha/beta- and TCR gamma/delta-.>


By CD3 neg I assume you mean both surface and cytoplasmic, because if
cytoCD3 was up it would have much the same phenotype as a Cutaneous T cell 
lymphoma we had a couple of years ago except that CD2 was neg and CD5 & CD7
were up.
