Hi group,

This is not a Flow related question. I am interested in coating Elisa Plates
with plasminogen, to investigate its interaction with other proteins. Can
you offer suggestions as to the optimum conditions for coating proteins
unto Elisa plates. At the moment I am using polystyrene plates from Corning;
and have tried coating in sodium bicarbonate solution of pH 8. and PBS pH 7.5
with little success.
