Lucy,

We have used BFP in combination with GFP.  Laser was an Enterprise II
Argon ion, UV excitation at 350-360nm, power about 30mW, optical
filter 405DF30. 

We saw no photobleaching; maybe your 200mw UV excitation power is too
high for BFP.
