Hi Marcus,
Be wary of FSC calibration using beads, depending on what they're made of,
they don't necessarily give the same amount of FSC per diameter as cells
would. It would be more realistic to use beads to calibrate time-of-flight
based size measurements (eg FSC-Width or Fluorescence-Width) if your
machine will measure it.
