Dear Victor,

We have been using two antibodies against humanTGb (but not mouse), both
seem to be OK for flow using two stage staining on 1%para + 70% meths fixed
cells. One is the Santa Cruz reagent Cat. SC-146 (which seems to be a lot
more specific than some of their reagents) and is a rabbit polyclonal, the
other is a monoclonal Ab (IgG1) from SeroTec Ab. MCA-797. A fluorescent
conjugate should also be available from SeroTec.

Both give good staining by immunohistochemistry, usually as punctate bodies
in the cytoplasm, typical of secretory packages.

Hope this helps. Best wishes, John.
