We have determined quantitative phenotype on normal blood cells and on cell
lines including
K562.using the QIFIKIT from DAKO. We measured about 10,000 CD45 MAb bound on
our K562 cells
while normal lymphocytes express 200,000 CD45 antigens. You should
differentiate K562 from
lymphocytes on the basis of FSC and of low (and not high) CD45 staining.
