All - Does anyone have experience sorting retrovirus PRODUCING murine cells? This would mean that potentially any one sorting after this experiment would run the risk of infecting their cells. The retrovirus in not pathogenic to humans, but could screw up someone elses murine cells. I see the only real risk coming from aerosols. Any advice would be appreciated.
