Dear Flow-list

I have been trying to set the method of BrdU incorporation but I am 
having some problems.
Namely after the use of DNAse I diluted in PBS observed a shrinking of 
the cells and I have a poor discrimination of FL3.
I have been using 50 Kunitz  of DNAse in PBS for 250 thousand cells I’m 
looking forward for your comments so I can improve my results.
