Greetings all, I have a user here that ran some samples yesterday on our Calibur, but forgot to save their instrument settings. I looked in the keyword list and discovered correlations with the BD$WORD keywords (CellQuest v.3.1). I checked the Calibur and CellQuest documentation booklets, but can't seem to locate the teacher's key (master key) for all the keywords. Is there any documentation available that shows that my primary conclusions about the keywords and settings are valid? Also, do other instrument manufacturers have keywords for instrument settings as well? I haven't gone through the FCS data standards paper from a while ago in Cytometry, but would this information even be written down in the FCS data standards? Thanks for your time.
