Hi, Nancy I too have been doing PAIg over these years. My experience is that fixed platelets before stain may be stored at 4º C up to 48 hours. False positive or increased fluorescence could arise after this time. Once stained, I recommend you to acquire samples as soon as posible, within 24 hours. Good luck. Marco A.
