What (I don't have my Hamamatsu catalog handy right now) is an E717-63 socket assembly? If it has a built-in HV supply, you can't use it with your Coulter HV supply, and if it has a built-in preamp, you can't use it with your EPICS preamps. Are you trying to add another tube to get an additional color, or replace a less sensitive tube? In general, ADC's aren't going to be a problem; the output from all PMT's is current, which is converted to voltage in the preamp well before signals get to the ADC. If you need more info, call or walk over. -Howard
