Alice,
What about a FAQ for the common questions. Maybe it could be posted
on the Purdue Web Site and posted to the list once a week. That way
when a "simple" question comes up the person could be referred to the
FAQ.
Just a thought,

Hello Flowers,
I have, lately, been ignoring some of the "simple" questions sent to this
network by users who are new to the field of flow. It concerns me that, most
likely, everyone is as busy as I am -- and that these valid, important
questions from novices are not getting the answers they deserve. Since I
firmly believe that this network can provide a great service by acting as a
resource to people who don't know where else to get started, I wonder if
anyone has any ideas about making sure that these "less challenging" questions
get appropriate answers. I assume that answers would go directly to the person
posting the question -- so I have no way of knowing whether my concerns are
well-founded. Comments?
