Unwanted Cell Contamination duing PBSC

Dear list group members
I would like to ask a question about cancer cell contamination
during peripheral blood stem cell collection (PBSC).
In order to check the efficacy and the yield of PBSC, we
routinely test pre-, post-CBC, manual differential count,
CD34 percentage and absolute count with ProCount kit (BDIS).

Recently, we completed a four-PBSC procedure with COBE SPECTRA
instrument on a 23 month-old neuroblastoma patient. After examination
of stained slide smears of PBSC products, a few suspicious
neuroblastoma cells were noted.
We also compledted a seven-PBSC procedure with the same instrument
on a non-Hodgkin's lymphoma patient and found atypical lymphoid-looking
cells on stained slide smears of PBSC products.

My concern is: Is there any institutions or laboratories out there
which routinely perform tests to confirm unwanted cell contamination
after PBSC?

And if so, what's the protocol or strategies to do so?

Any comments would be greatly appreciated.
Thanks in advance.
