I would just like to thank all those who replied with comments and
suggestions to the problem I was seeing with my CD15/llb stained cells.  It
seems most people agreed that the increase in FSC in a subpopulation of the
cells (which was not seen in the isotype control) could be due to cell
aggregation.  I will try filtering the samples before analyzing them in the
future.
