CYTOMATION RESEARCH INSTRUMENT SALES: GERMANY CYTOMATION BIOINSTRUMENTS GMBH is the supplier of advanced MoFlo® high performance flow cytometers and other flow cytometry instrumentation in Europe. Due to expanding demand for our market-leading products, Cytomation is seeking a sales person to be based in southern Germany and to take responsibility for sales into southern Germany, Austria and Switzerland. Cytomation has been established in Germany for approximately 18 months and has generated increasing demand for its instruments Europe-wide. Instruments have been installed in Germany, Switzerland, The Netherlands, Italy and the UK and trained service engineers are based in Freiburg and Brescia (Italy). The company is presently located in Freiburg, in the recently-opened BioPark Freiburg. In keeping with Cytomation’s style and emphasis, the successful applicant should be knowledgeable in flow cytometry and have a strong technical and scientific background, as well as some previous instrumentation sales experience in Europe and Germany. Familiarity with the primary government, academic and industry research centers in the region will be a great advantage. The person we seek must also be energetic, self-motivated, excited by technology and science, and must possess excellent spoken and written skills in both German and English. Compensation will be negotiated according to experience and qualifications and will consist of a base salary plus commission, with the possibility to earn a substantial income based on successful sales performance.
