Eric, I use Hematall Diluent (H-60620D, Valtech Diagnostics, 806 5th Ave, Brackenridge PA 15014, phone 412-224-2440). It is simple PBS, and very inexpensive. I sterilize it thru a .2 micron filter before use . . . no problems. MAK. Eric Van Buren wrote: > Does anyone have any suggestions for a source of sterile, endotoxin-free > sheath fluid for sorting?
