We use Sterile Water for Irrigation for making Pyrogen free solution.
We do our own endotoxin testing and have never seen a lot with
detectible levels of endotoxin. From what we have found Water for
irrigation is the same as water for injection but has not been
certified as pyrogen free. Hope this helps.

Does anyone have any suggestions for a source of sterile, endotoxin-free
sheath fluid for sorting? Our available water supply is not endotoxin-free,
so we cannot dilute a concentrated solution.

How about a source for sheath fluid for the FACScan?

Thank you for your assistance.
