Our lab is doing some G-banding of CHO cells and found a protocol involving
Gurr Buffer and Gurr Giemsa..They say they obtained it from a company
called Biomedical Specialties.  Our questions are...what is Gurr buffer?
Has anyone heard of the company Biomedical Specialties, if so can you tell
us how to get in contact with them....

Any other G-banding methods involving CHO cells would also be appreciated...
