What is the correlation here between ALL and CD34 positive cells?

	I should clarify my analogy before it misleads someone.  In
pediatric ALL
	cases the prognosis is normally better when there is CD34
positivity.  It
	also now seems that the prognosis is better in AL cases, in
general,  in
	which CD45 is very weak.
